As a procurement transformation leader with 20 years of experience designing and implementing innovative acquisition strategies across federal agencies, Nicole specializes in driving organizational change through process improvements and technology integration.
Nicole brings extensive senior leadership across both the federal agencies and defense sectors, including DHS, USAID, the U.S. Coast Guard, and the Department of the Navy. A recognized contracts and acquisition expert, she has supported complex global operations and driven process improvements that modernized procurement and accelerated award timelines. She has earned multiple government awards for outstanding achievement in acquisition and strategic sourcing. At Command Holdings, she will leverage her expertise to advance contract execution, drive excellence, and help government customers achieve greater efficiency, value, and cost-effective solutions as the company enters its next phase of growth.
