Memorandum Formalizes Collaboration Between Native American And Black-Owned Businesses

Mashantucket, CT (July 17, 2024) – Today, Angelina Casanova, Command Holdings Board Chairwoman and Native American Contractors Association (NACA) representative, attended the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the U.S. Black Chambers (USBC) during their 2024 National Conference in Washington, DC.

The MOU was signed by Ron Busby, Sr., President of the USBC, and Quinton Uksi Carroll, Executive Director of (NACA).

The USBC, a network of African American Chambers of Commerce and business organizations, works to increase visionary leadership and advocacy, furthering economic empowerment through the creation of resources and initiatives.

This agreement represents a collaborative effort among Native American and Black-owned businesses to advocate, promote partnerships and strengthen ties within all communities.
