CEO Elected to NACA Board of Directors

Washington, D.C. (May 18, 2026) – Today, the Native American Contractors Association (NACA) announced its newly elected Board of Directors and Executive Committee following recent board elections, including the continued leadership of Jon Deacon Panamaroff, CEO of Command Holdings, a Pequot Company, as NACA Board Co-Chair.

The election included both returning and newly elected leaders who will continue advancing NACA’s mission of protecting and promoting Native federal contracting and strengthening economic opportunity across Indian Country.

NACA’s leadership team continues to represent the strength and dedication of Native enterprises across the country. Other elected members included Allyson Mitchell, General Manager of Mohawk Networks LLC, Mal Mcghee, Executive Vice President of Strategic Relations at PCI Federal, and Austin Tsosie, CEO of Diné Development Corporation.

As Co-Chair of NACA, Panamaroff continues to play a leading role in advocating for Native enterprises and promoting policies that strengthen Tribal economies and expand federal contracting opportunities for Native-owned businesses nationwide.
