Amy Keolker is the General Manager of WWC Federal and Copperhead Technologies, leading operations, shaping the culture and work environment, developing growth strategies, and allocating resources to support those strategies.
Prior to assuming these responsibilities, Amy served in a variety of roles with WWC Global including a client-facing role as a Senior Strategy Analyst, Program Manager, Deputy Director of the Program Management Office, and General Manager.
Before joining the Pequot Community of Companies, Amy served in the U.S. Air Force, as a Cyberspace Operations Officer. She gained experience at the strategic, operational, and tactical levels to include the heavily regulated environment associated with support of the President, Vice President, White House officials and National Security Staff while at the White House Communications Agency. As Deputy CIO at HQ USSOUTHCOM, Amy provided authority, policy, and oversight of IT and resources in support of 6,000 customers across 36 nations and managed portfolios more than $64 million.
Amy holds a bachelor’s degree from Norwich University, an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Colorado, a master’s degree in Military Operational Art and Science from Air University, a graduate certificate in Management from The George Washington University, and is a graduate of both Air Command and Staff College and Air War College.
